What are the requirements to become a participant in NAR’s Green Business Network?
NAR's Green Business Network is limited to services and products that fall within certain industry categories. Products and services must either: advance or facilitate green principles, specifically that the product, service or service provider has been certified or designated as having characteristics associated with green principles OR the prospective participant business can demonstrate a commitment to sustainable practices or programs.
Is there a cost to join NAR’s Green Business Network?

Logo usage is limited to tier 2 and tier 3 participants of NAR's Green Business Network. If you are having problems with the logo please contact customer service at 877-549-3929 or email us.

I am an NAR Green Designee, how do I refer a business to NAR’s Green Business Network?
To get started with our referral program, simply visit the referral section and fill out the corresponding form. Once your form is submitted, we will contact the business about their interest in NAR’s Green Business Network. Please be sure to get permission from your contact before submitting the form.
If the referred business meets all the qualifications and officially becomes an NAR Green Business Network participant, you, the NAR Green Designee, will be awarded a $99 credit towards your annual membership dues for NAR’s Green Designation.

Yes, you can refer your own business. As long as your company meets the requirements, you will qualify for NAR’s Green Business Network.

Are there any limitations on the $99 credit?
The $99 credit can only be applied to annual membership dues for NAR’s Green Designation program. Also, no matter how many business you refer, we will only award you a maximum of one $99 credit for that calendar year.

My referral renewed for another year, do I receive another $99 credit?
Unfortunately, no. The $99 credit is only good for one first-time participant of NAR's Green Business Network in that calendar year.

What happens if two designees refer the same company?
In the event that multiple designees have different contacts in the same company, those who submit the referral first will be awarded the $99 credit.

How long will this program last?
As long as you keep referring businesses and they become participants in NAR’s Green Business Network, then we will credit you $99 per year.
