To become an NAR Green Designee you must complete two courses—NAR's Green Designation Core Course and one of the following electives. Our green real estate training program and specialty-based elective courses were developed to respond to the increased demand for green homes and buildings throughout the United States and Canada. We will continue to expand our curriculum as the demand evolves.
Electives are one-day, six-hour courses available online through REALTOR® University and in a classroom setting. The Core Course and the elective course of your choice must both be completed within one year. You can choose from the following electives:
