I have substantial education and/or experience in green real estate and green building. Can I test out of all the educational requirements of NAR's Green Designation?

While we are thrilled so many individuals bring considerable education and experience as prospective students for NAR's Green Designation program, it is not possible to test out of all the educational requirements of the program. We need to guarantee that everyone who earns NAR's Green Designation and distinguishes himself or herself as a NAR Green Designee has the same core or baseline education from the National Association of REALTORS®. As you know, NAR's Green Designation is the only training program for real estate agents and property managers recognized and endorsed by NAR. It is therefore essential that all students complete course training from NAR.
